Job Summary
Store Manager leads an automotive parts retail team at a market-leading NAPA store, driving growth, profitability, and customer service excellence. Responsibilities include identifying new customers and revenue opportunities, developing wholesale accounts, guiding and coaching the crew to deliver top-tier customer care, and overseeing store operations to improve processes and safeguard assets. The role requires leadership with vision and collaboration, ownership of P&L, and the ability to map out business initiatives and plans. Experience in inventory controls, cash handling, and a customer-centric, energetic approach in a fast-paced environment is strongly preferred, with a background in automotive or related industries and ASE certifications a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Passion for delivering customer care and building long term relationships
- Knowledge of inventory controls, stocking levels and seasonal shifts is a plus
- Personal drive, self-motivation and initiative to accomplish business goals
- Customer focus and high energy in our fast-paced stores
- Ability to operate a cash register and navigating computer and paper catalog systems
- Passion for delivering customer care in a strong team environment
- Technical or Trade school courses or degree (preferred)
- Background in automotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership (preferred)
- Experience in a parts store, auction, retail store, auto body/collision, or fast food/restaurant/convenience store management (preferred)
- ASE Certifications (preferred)
