Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and driven Store Manager to lead a market-leading NAPA store, focusing on customer care, driving growth, managing P&L, and improving store processes. Responsibilities include identifying new customers, assisting outside sales, developing a strong team, and securing store assets while promoting safety and appearance.
