Job Summary
Lead a team of 30-40 dedicated individuals by managing daily operations, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving donation production to generate funds for community programs. Oversee retail store aspects including donation and inventory control while demonstrating leadership skills to motivate and inspire staff. Maintain a customer-focused mindset to provide exceptional service and contribute to the mission of supporting job training and education. Requires three years of related management experience, valid driver's license, and ability to pass background checks. Some travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school or GED equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years related manager or supervisor experience
- Ability to operate Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to manage aspects of retail store as well as donation/inventory control
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills with both large groups and individual focus
- Proven track record to increase sales in a retail setting
- Some travel required
- Must have valid driver's license
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen
