Job Summary
Store Manager leading operations and sales efforts at Sleep Number. Drive world-class customer experience by leveraging a proven sales process to identify customers’ sleep needs and guide them to Sleep Number solutions. Build and coach a high-performing team, recruit and train staff, manage store operations, payroll, and compliance, and use technology (POS systems, demonstrations) to drive local market awareness and store traffic. Set and exceed sales goals with a pay-for-performance compensation structure and provide timely follow-up with customers while ensuring a trusted, customer-focused store environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven sales management or team leadership experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- prior success recruiting, training, engaging and retaining top talent
- ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, growth-oriented work environment
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- must be authorized to work in the United States and demonstrate English language proficiency
