Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for achieving Sales and Profit goals, developing a high-performing team, succession planning, leadership development, and ensuring compliance with H&M standards. Drive Hello Member program, analyze sales KPIs, recruit and develop staff, manage performance, and uphold store operations best practices. Requires customer-centric mindset, strong organization, ability to analyze figures, delegation, coaching, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 7-day rotating roster including late nights and weekends; full-time.
