Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for the day-to-day operations of the showroom, overseeing all departments and sales performance (margins, volume, quotas, closing ratios) while developing and implementing goals. Lead customer service and guest experience teams, coordinate with Visual Merchandising on product placement, hire/train/coach staff, manage budgeted costs, audit employee performance, ensure proper documentation and reporting, and participate in monthly staff meetings. Requires flexible hours including evenings, holidays, and travel, with weekend availability. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 2-4 years of proven experience in furniture retail management in a commissioned based sales environment
- Previous supervisory experience
