Job Summary
As Store Manager at Dollar Tree Canada, lead a high-energy retail team to drive profitable sales in Windsor. Oversee merchandising, front-end operations, recruitment and development, scheduling, and inventory management, reporting to the District Manager. Create an environment where team members feel valued and contribute to the store's success. Manage safety, communicate effectively, and ensure excellent customer service while guiding staff to achieve store performance goals. Must be able to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail
- Completion of secondary school
