Job Summary
Lead a team of associates to drive profitable sales by overseeing all operational activities within the store. Manage merchandising, front-end operations, recruitment and development, scheduling, and inventory management to create a valued environment for staff. Maintain a safety-focused mindset while ensuring excellent time and productivity management. Complete secondary school and possess three years of leadership experience in retail. Full-time position located at 1351 Main St, Dauphin, Manitoba.
