Job Summary
Lead a team of associates to drive profitable sales by overseeing all operational activities within the store, including merchandising, front-end operations, recruitment and development, scheduling, and inventory management. Create an environment where individuals feel valued and want to contribute to the store's success. This full-time role reports to the District Manager at a Fortune 200 company with over 9,000 stores across North America.
Required Qualifications

- Excellent time and productivity management skills
- Ability to lift, bend and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs
- Completion of secondary school
- 3+ years' experience in a leadership role
