Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the automotive service center, ensuring sales, service, and repair activities are performed efficiently, safely, and profitably. Lead and direct store staff engaged in selling, servicing, and repairing vehicles while training, coaching, and mentoring employees on proper repair procedures and customer service standards. Schedule front and back shop employees to maintain optimal staffing levels, manage inventory including equipment and parts requisitions, and execute personnel actions such as hiring, promotions, and disciplinary measures. Review sales performance records to identify improvement opportunities and implement strategies to achieve financial objectives. Perform general housekeeping and facility upkeep tasks as needed. Ensure all operations adhere to safety procedures and company policies in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' retail management OR 2+ years' experience as an Assistant Store Manager in the automotive industry
- Demonstrated success in growing sales in a retail environment
- Valid Drivers' Licenses
- All candidates agree to complete a selection assessment and pre-employment screenings
