Job Summary
Lead the store staff to achieve sales targets while ensuring operations align with Lager 157's concept and current procedures. Manage personnel costs, maintain guidelines for exposure and campaigns, and drive the working environment through consistent role modeling. Plan staffing, secure resources, and follow up on personnel costs to support the new Holstebro store opening. Create the best possible store experience with a focus on customer encounters while acting as a good role model for the team.
