Job Summary
Lead store operations and drive sales targets while ensuring adherence to company concepts and procedures. Manage staffing, personnel costs, and budget administration alongside daily customer service and employee development. Act as a role model for the team, maintaining high service standards and executing ongoing campaigns. Coordinate with regional management and maintain clear communication across all language levels. This role requires a physically active, organized leader with at least three years of experience and a minimum age of 20.
