Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations by instructing staff, assigning duties, and supervising personnel to ensure smooth execution. Maintain sufficient floor stock, price products, and enforce store policies while providing effective customer service and handling complaints. Report any theft or suspected theft by customers or employees. Prepare and submit time schedules to provide sufficient staffing for store needs at all times. Interview and hire store personnel as required.
Required Qualifications
