Job Summary
Lead the athlete experience by coaching teammates and driving engagement in loyalty programs while delivering fast, accurate checkout services. Uphold merchandising standards, manage inventory presentation, and execute 30-60-90 day business plans to meet financial goals. Communicate departmental objectives to direct reports, develop schedules based on traffic demands, and oversee opening/closing procedures. Build a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, and retaining staff while providing coaching, performance management, and compliance enforcement. Adhere to safety and loss prevention policies to ensure store integrity.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Previous retail/customer-facing experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous people leadership experience preferred
