Job Summary
Lead the athlete experience by coaching teammates, driving loyalty program engagement, and delivering fast, accurate checkout services. Uphold merchandising standards, manage inventory presentation, and execute 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities and financial goals. As the sole leader, perform general store oversight including opening/closing procedures, front-end functions, and direct report supervision. Communicate departmental goals, assign workload based on skill levels, and develop effective schedules to meet traffic demands. Build a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retaining direct reports while ensuring proper training and performance management. Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, holding teammates accountable for compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Previous retail/customer-facing experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous people leadership experience preferred
