Job Summary
Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing accurate product knowledge, maintaining merchandising standards, and executing opening/closing procedures. Lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and coaching direct reports while managing performance reviews and compliance. Execute 30-60-90 day plans with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, optimize staffing, and meet financial goals. Communicate departmental goals, assign workload based on skill levels, and pivot operations to ensure uninterrupted store support. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while holding teammates accountable for policy compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Previous retail/customer-facing experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous people leadership experience preferred
