Job Summary
Lead the Apparel department by delivering an engaging shopping experience rooted in product knowledge and athlete connection. Coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure athletes feel confident in their selections while upholding merchandising and presentation standards. Communicate departmental goals, assign workload based on skill levels, and monitor progress against plans to meet financial targets. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retaining direct reports; provide coaching, feedback, and performance management. Enforce policies related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Adhere to a 38-hour work week with a target pay range of $52,500 to $66,500.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Previous retail/customer-facing experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous people leadership experience preferred
