Store Manager

Lead execution across the sales floor by ensuring strong merchandising, pricing, and athlete experience in all customer-facing areas. Coach teammates, manage priorities, and deliver a consistent, athlete-first shopping experience. Anticipate athlete needs, provide accurate product information, and uphold company merchandising standards including floor sets, signage, and inventory replenishment. Promote company programs such as loyalty enrollment and warranty sales. Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to develop 30-60-90 day plans, establish staffing and operational initiatives, and execute them using independent judgment. Communicate departmental goals, assign workload based on skill levels, and monitor progress against financial targets. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retaining direct reports. Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management including annual reviews and termination recommendations. Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while holding teammates accountable for compliance.
