Store Manager

Lead the Apparel department by delivering an engaging shopping experience rooted in product knowledge and athlete connection. Coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure athletes feel confident in their selections while upholding merchandising and presentation standards. Develop 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities, execute operational initiatives, and manage general store oversight including opening/closing procedures and front-end functions. Communicate departmental goals, assign workload, and build a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports. Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while holding teammates accountable for compliance.
