Job Summary
Empower, develop, and motivate the team to deliver an elevated customer experience while recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent. Drive results through proactive planning, business analytics, and strategic sales execution to achieve productivity goals. Deliver operational excellence in all store processes and create foot traffic via community involvement. Utilize omnichannel tools and technology to support sales across all channels. Work alongside the team in a fast-paced environment, including weekends, holidays, and high-traffic days, while maintaining flexibility to meet scheduling expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience as a proven leader
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States
- Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother's Day, etc.
