Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of sales, service, and store operations at ERIK'S, ensuring the entire staff operates on ERIK'S Rails and delivers the highest level of customer service. Maintain operational excellence by fostering a positive team culture and driving results through leadership that inspires and guides a high-performing team. Remain flexible to meet both customer and store needs, stepping in wherever required to support overall business success. Full-time, non-exempt role requiring the ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs.

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities-both verbal and written
