Job Summary
Analyze sales performance and KPIs across Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Rotterdam, Utrecht, and The Hague concessions to implement targeted actions and achieve business objectives. Coach, motivate, and develop teams of experienced Senior Sales Advisors while ensuring consistent Samsonite brand representation and premium customer experiences. Oversee operational excellence, stock management, and the successful execution of promotions and campaigns across all locations. Support workforce planning and onboarding activities to maintain high product knowledge and service standards. This role combines strong commercial leadership with operational management for a global market leader in luggage and travel accessories.
