Job Summary
Lead a high-performing retail team by modeling a customer-first culture, assigning shifts, and coaching staff to maintain five-star service standards. Drive store performance by executing foundational excellence to meet Total Monthly Income goals, managing payroll within budget, and overseeing inventory, special orders, and receiving processes. Communicate daily sales targets through Chat Ins/Outs, monitor individual performance using customer reviews and mystery shops, and build a talent pipeline to fill open positions within 30 days. This full-time Sunday through Saturday role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds, with a starting salary range of $62,400 to $93,600.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or degree
- Four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with a computerized POS system
