Job Summary
Lead a high-performing team to build and retain staff while creating a consistent environment of world-class customer service. Execute foundational excellence to achieve Total Monthly Income goals, manage store payroll within budget, and monitor inventory, special orders, and receiving processes. Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance individual selling skills, assign shifts, and hold the leadership team accountable for active floor management. Communicate daily sales goals, drive action through Chat Ins/Outs, and develop action plans for team member performance improvement using customer reviews and mystery shops. Build a strong bench and talent pipeline to ensure the store is always staffed, filling open positions within 30 days. Act as a mentor, leader, and coach to maximize team productivity and maintain five-star customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or degree
- Four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with a computerized POS system
- Full time hours Sunday through Saturday 40 hours a week
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to reach for tools and objects with hands and arms
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to lift to 25 pounds
- Ability to see up close and at a distance
- Ability to use peripheral vision and depth perception
- Ability to look at, read, and use a computer and all other electronic devices for long periods of time
