Store Manager

Develop business strategies to raise customer traffic, increase basket size, and optimize profitability while meeting sales goals through training, mentoring, and providing feedback to staff. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, maintain outstanding store conditions, and oversee in-store promotional events or displays. Manage retail and company inventory, including loss prevention, and conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths. Deal with all issues arising from staff or customers, recruit, interview, hire, discipline, and offboard employees, and effectively create store schedules to meet customer demand and payroll targets.
