Job Summary
Store Manager leads a CVS Health Retail location, supervising Front Store crew and management to achieve operational and service excellence. Responsibilities include staffing and scheduling (3 weeks in advance), coaching and developing direct reports, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety/regulatory standards, managing store performance metrics (sales, service, loyalty, shrink, compliance), and partnering with pharmacy and other in-store teams to execute priorities and initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, coaching, scheduling discipline, financial stewardship of labor, training delivery, and a focus on a positive, customer-centric store culture.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 18 years of age
- Completion of all required training for current role within required timeframe
- 1-3 years of prior relevant work experience
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends (minimum four weekend shifts per month)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
