Job Summary
Store Manager for CVS Health leading a single retail location team to achieve operational and service excellence. Responsibilities include staffing to demand across front-store and cross-trained colleagues, scheduling three weeks in advance, coaching and performance management, maintaining regulatory and SOP compliance, fostering a collaborative #OneTeam environment with pharmacy and other in-store teams, and acting as an ambassador for CVS Health in the community. Required education is a high school diploma or GED; 1-3 years of relevant work experience; flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts. Preferred qualifications include Pharmacy Technician Licensure and a Bachelor’s degree.
