Job Summary
Inspire, coach, and develop your team to deliver 5-star customer experiences while overseeing all store operations, including staffing, stock, compliance, and financial performance. Drive your store's success by hitting KPIs and smashing sales targets, and share your travel knowledge and currency insights with customers and staff. This role requires at least two years of team management experience in retail, banking, or hospitality, with a focus on commercial performance and cash handling in a fast-paced environment. Work Monday to Friday with weekends off, earning up to $120,000 on target earnings plus potential bonuses.
