Job Summary
Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include ensuring policies are followed, maintaining inventory and store conditions, monitoring performance and safety standards, implementing promotions and displays, managing budgets and expenses, recruiting and developing staff, scheduling and payroll, inventory audits, financial reporting, and fostering a customer-first culture. Must have strong leadership, retail management passion, and ability to meet sales and profitability targets. Requires willingness to travel between store locations and flexibility for varied hours.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or convenience store management, with at least 1 year in a managerial role
- Valid State Driver's License
- GED or high school diploma required
- Some travel to other store locations may be required
