Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring the location remains well-stocked, clean, and fully compliant with local health and safety standards. Drive sales and profitability by implementing promotional campaigns, analyzing performance reports, and managing the store budget. Lead a team of associates through recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance coaching while maintaining a customer-first culture. Handle customer complaints, resolve operational issues, and conduct regular inventory audits to minimize shrinkage. Manage cash registers, reconcile daily reports, and execute seasonal tasks such as snow removal as needed. Requires a valid driver's license, GED or high school diploma, and at least two years of retail management experience. Full-time role with weekly pay, comprehensive benefits including medical, vision, dental, and 401k match.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or convenience store management
- At least 1 year in a managerial role
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of employees
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to address and resolve operational and customer issues quickly and efficiently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience managing store budgets, achieving sales targets, and analyzing financial reports
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field
- Must be able to stand extended periods (up to 8 hours) during shifts
- Capable of lifting boxes and products, maximum 50 lbs., frequently 10-25 lbs., and carrying items across the store
- Ability to bend, squat, and reach for products on shelves, both high and low
- Ability to climb a ladder as needed
- Must be able to walk throughout the store and between departments regularly
- Ability to handle cash, operate registers, and bag items efficiently
- Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks such as scanning items, restocking, and organizing products
- Able to work in cold environments, including freezers and refrigerators
- The role requires mental focus and stamina to perform physical tasks consistently and efficiently throughout the shift
- Ability to work a schedule that allows for continuous availability
- Including outside of standard business hours
- Seasonal snow removal, as needed
- Ability to handle emergency situations
- Ability to work alone
