Job Summary
Store Manager leads a dedicated store team to deliver an exceptional consumer experience, driving sales and customer service while maintaining visual presentation, inventory control, and operational standards. Responsibilities include leading store associates and leaders, applying analytical thinking to identify opportunities, coordinating daily activities, managing POS and loyalty programs, ensuring asset protection, training and developing talent, and upholding Crocs values in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of total retail experience; preferably with previous Store Manager experience.
- Possess at least A Level / Diploma / Advanced Diploma or above preferred
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Email and able to operate retail Point of Sale system
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a passion for challenging, empowering, and driving team results
- Flexible to work on rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
