Job Summary
Store Manager at Crocs leading a high-performing retail team to deliver exceptional consumer experiences using Crocs' CHARM service model. Responsibilities include driving recruitment and staffing for consistent store coverage, achieving sales and customer service metrics, owning daily store operations (POS accuracy, inventory control, shelving, pricing, markdowns, loyalty programs, and store cleanliness), delegating tasks to ensure timely completion, and acting as a brand ambassador with knowledge of product collaborations and launches. Requires strong leadership, accountability, and communication to energize teams, foster a positive culture, and ensure compliance with policies (Asset Protection, shortage prevention, and audits). Flexible schedule with in-person responsibilities across an outlet environment, and a focus on operational excellence and store performance.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of retail experience
- Store Manager experience preferred
- 18 years or older
- Flexibility in work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
- Valid driver’s license may be required if driving is essential
