Job Summary
As the Store Manager, you will own the store by striving to exceed sales goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include developing a high-performing team, driving sales through customer outreach, analyzing sales data for strategic decisions, managing store operations, and upholding brand standards in merchandising. You must have strong business acumen, a strategic mindset, and be skilled in performance feedback and team engagement. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of prior retail management experience or proven Vera Bradley management ability
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- At least 18 years of age
