Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Retail Management experience
- 3+ years proven track record leading diverse and high performing teams
- Knowledge of retail merchandising practices, including ability to execute VM directives and deliver world class visual merchandising standards
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
