Store Manager - Cotton On Capegate

Store Manager oversees their store team to create great customer experiences and drive business outcomes. Lead and embed a culture that builds an engaged team of product and Brand ambassadors, empower the Store Management team to be customer-first and results-driven, coach the team to deliver multiple Brand moments and an elevated flagship shopping experience, identify development needs and motivators to support wellness, engagement and future succession, collaborate with Field VM and Merch partners to provide customer and store insights to drive results, manage store schedules and wages to achieve productivity and wage targets, and advocate for the Cotton On Group Foundation to make a global impact. The role emphasizes empowering team members to reach their full potential and delivering a positive, inclusive store environment.
