Job Summary
Store Manager for Cosmos Sport Kavala responsible for end-to-end retail store operations, driving world-class guest experience and KPIs. Lead and develop the store team, recruit and train staff, and cultivate client relationships through clienteling initiatives. Collaborate with Marketing, VM, and Commercial departments to enhance customer retention; ensure policy compliance, safe operations, and high-quality product knowledge. Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and entrepreneurial spirit to recruit top talent and manage staff scheduling, while leveraging English-language skills and MS Office to analyze KPIs and support business growth.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience of managing a standalone retail store (or Department Store floor)
- Excellent use of English language and computer skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Numerical and analytical knowledge to monitor KPIs
- Leadership skills and business orientation
- Customer service orientation with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
- Passion for sports and fashion
- Willingness to learn and tackle new challenges
