Job Summary
Lead all day-to-day operational activities of the Heraklion store, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while monitoring productivity levels to achieve targeted KPIs. Manage talent acquisition, ongoing people development, and team growth through training, mentorship, and constructive feedback. Foster a client-centric mindset by implementing clienteling initiatives, securing loyalty, and maintaining exceptional service experiences. Optimize staff schedules through personnel planning and ensure the team remains informed on product, policies, and procedures. Build strong partnerships with Marketing, VM, and Commercial departments to drive customer retention and build team capabilities for business strategy.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 2 years' experience of managing a standalone retail store (or Department Store floor)
- Excellent use of English language and computer skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Numerical and analytical knowledge to monitor KPIs
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Leadership skills and business orientation
- Excellent communicator, with a positive, open and progressive, energetic, motivating, personal style
- Customer service orientation with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
- Passion for sports and fashion
- Willingness to learn and tackle new challenges
