Manage talent, inspire the team, and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable experience with a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs. Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals by maintaining assigned budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety, security rules, and company policies while keeping the store looking its best. Requires at least three years of retail sales experience, one year of sales management experience, and operational/financial management skills.
