Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for leading a team to deliver an epic in-store experience in the CosmoProf store. Oversee talent, inspire the team, and ensure every customer receives a great, customized hair and beauty solution. Ensure store meets or exceeds sales goals through effective store operations, budget control, inventory management, and cost containment, while maintaining safety, security, and brand standards. Lead by coaching and developing associates, drive customer-focused service, and foster a creative, fun, and performance-driven environment. The role includes a focus on education, product knowledge, and community engagement to support growth and store success.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
- Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Operational, financial and performance management experience.
- Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.
- Passion for all things hair and beauty!
