Job Summary
Store Manager in Cork (permanent, full-time) responsible for leading store operations, delivering an unforgettable customer experience, driving KPIs and performance targets, managing inventory and day-to-day administration, and coaching a team to reach their full potential. Responsibilities include defining daily objectives and monthly plans, collaborating with the Area Manager, ensuring store administration and inventory accuracy, driving employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-to-1s, and leveraging leadership to motivate the team toward high customer satisfaction and sales. Key skills: leadership, people management, communication, motivation, coaching, problem-solving, decision making, planning, and achieving targets in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment. Industry focus noted as Cosmetics.
Required Qualifications
- Prior store manager experience or equivalent in retail or hospitality
- People management skills including communication, motivation, coaching, connection, inspiration
- Experience sharing knowledge to drive behavioural change and develop others
- Decision making and problem-solving skills
