Job Summary
Store Manager for a Convenience store responsible for end-to-end shop leadership, including delivering excellent customer experiences, managing a fast-paced operation across service, sales, and team performance, handling employee relations and HR policy adherence, and using data-driven insights to improve store performance and customer journeys. The role requires leading a team of managers and colleagues, driving engagement, and guiding change while ensuring safety and legal compliance. Required Qualifications
- Experience leading an operation delivering customer, financial and organisational outcomes

- Strong customer service orientation and leadership of teams and managers
