Store Manager - Construction

Manage the overall operations of the central store and site stores, ensuring timely receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of construction materials. Verify all incoming materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and Goods Receipt Notes while maintaining accurate stock records in ERP and physical registers. Conduct periodic physical stock verification, reconcile differences, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory movement reports. Monitor material consumption, identify wastage, and coordinate with Procurement, Project Managers, and Accounts for smooth material flow. Supervise store assistants, train personnel on inventory procedures, and support internal and external audits by providing required records.
