Job Summary
Lead the store team by enforcing customer service and visual compliance standards while managing weekly pricing sweeps, promotional setups, and inventory controls to meet shrink targets. Oversee daily operations including store maintenance, safety policies, and efficient scheduling for sales and support functions. Provide continuous coaching to management and direct reports through performance reviews, development plans, and disciplinary processes to maintain team performance. Build and execute recruiting strategies to develop a complete team and succession plans. Maintain a positive, inclusive work environment by promoting brand culture and recognizing team achievements.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop department team and store team, through setting expectations, communication, coaching, feedback, and ongoing support
- Proven ability to build and manage a daily, weekly plan for the department and store
- Exceptional communication skills and organizational skills
- Superior training and mentoring skills
- 3-5 years retail experience required
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a drive to succeed
- Basic computer skills required
