Job Summary
The Store Manager leads all retail store operations with a focus on quality and service to ensure customers have a memorable experience. Provides people leadership, coaching, cash/expense management, inventory control, loss prevention, safety, and store appearance. Drives team performance to meet or exceed KPIs and company goals (e.g., Net Promoter Score, Time to Serve, customer conversion, and quality metrics). Ensures technicians are SafeTech certified and that installations/repairs meet quality standards through training and coaching. Manages customer service, staffing/scheduling, and collaboration with marketing to display materials, while handling vehicle/equipment maintenance recordkeeping. Delivers world-class customer service by responding quickly to client complaints/warranty issues. All other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent OR 5-7 years leadership/supervisory experience
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- 3+ years of leadership experience with an innovative approach toward incenting performance
- 3-5 years of experience in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred
