Job Summary
Lead the store team to develop, evaluate, and coach staff to maintain high levels of service and quality, drive store sales and profitability, forecast staffing needs, recruit and develop associates and keyholders, manage front and back house operations, maintain accurate records (applicants, new hires, payroll, performance, coaching, discipline, terminations), control inventory and shrink, communicate with Area/District Manager, and execute budgets and promotional directives to grow the customer base. Requires ability to operate POS systems, adapt to a physically active environment, and travel occasionally as needed. This role expects a bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience and 5 years of relevant experience in leading teams and store operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or applicable certification or equivalent experience
- 5 years of functional experience
- Experience managing individual contributors and a department or has acted as a lead.
