Job Summary
Leads a single-unit retail operation, ensuring policy compliance, delivering customer service leadership, and driving store performance. Oversees staffing and training to maintain a productive team, maintains merchandising standards and plan-o-grams, promotes sales initiatives, and ensures safety, reporting, and paperwork are completed timely. Focuses on store operations, labor utilization, inventory and pricing surveys, and customer satisfaction in a 50-hour week, salaried exempt role.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Retail / Customer service experience
- Completion of the Assistant Store Manager Training program and other required Company training programs and required certifications
- Good understanding of Company systems and technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of retail business management practices
- Knowledge of store transactions and related programs
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand for an entire shift
- Availability to work weekends/evenings
