Job Summary
Manage daily operations and profitability for retail Check 'N Go, Allied Cash, or Cash Store locations, overseeing site sales, customer service, and store-level leadership. Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio, handling currency, counting cash deposits, and processing transactions for loans and check cashing while complying with federal regulations. Balance batch receipts with sales reports, resolve over/short discrepancies, and coordinate operations, development, and training to achieve metric targets. Maintain staff schedules, support Assistant Store Managers, and recruit new leadership. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel within the district, and 2+ years of sales and cash handling experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling
- 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service
- Active listening
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to prioritize
- Ability to work in an autonomous environment
- Ability to provide store level leadership
- Own personal reliable transportation in compliance with published policy and procedure
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid Automobile Insurance
- Ability and willingness to consistently live and embrace our core values of accountable, inclusive, transparent, and focused
- Must be able to travel to all stores within the assigned district with personal vehicle
- Must be able to travel to neighboring districts
- Must work assigned shifts as scheduled
Desired Qualifications
- Must have own personal reliable transportation in compliance with published policy and procedure, this may not include public transportation, transportation from family or friends, must maintain a valid Driver's License and valid Automobile Insurance while employed by the company

- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to travel to all stores within the assigned district with personal vehicle
- May be asked to travel to neighboring districts
- May require overnight travel
