Job Summary
Manage store operations, oversee assigned budgets, control expenses, and grow sales while ensuring inventory levels are optimal. Lead the team by inspiring associates, coaching personnel, and fostering a culture of education and community. Protect customers, staff, and assets by enforcing safety, security, and company policies. Maintain store appearance standards and deliver custom-fit hair and beauty solutions to every client. Ensure all operations align with the four pillars of Education, Product, Inspiration, and Community.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience
- 1 year of previous sales management experience
- Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management
- Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required
- Passion for all things hair and beauty
