Job Summary
Recruit, hire, and train enthusiastic employees while managing site operations to ensure cleanliness, proper stocking, and adherence to company standards. Develop action plans to maximize sales and net profits by analyzing daily sales data, budgeting P&L lines, and ensuring accurate merchandise pricing. Supervise store staff to complete required reports and maintain a professional image among subordinates and the surrounding community. Resolve customer complaints promptly and foster positive relationships with suppliers. Perform duties including outdoor tasks such as cleaning parking lots and managing walk-in coolers, working with minimal direction.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience in retail sales
- A valid driver's license
- adequate transportation to/from bank and corporate management meetings
- Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English
- Experience to perform the essential duties, responsibilities and working in the conditions described below
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Assistant Site Manager (ASM) job description
- Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR and ASM job description
- Ability to use computer, or acquire those skills necessary to use a computer at the site, which includes analysis of reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
- Ability to work with a minimum of direction and supervision
- Ability to work as an effective manager, supervisor and leader
