Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for recruiting, hiring and training employees, scheduling to maximize customer service, and maintaining store image and safety. Oversees financials including reports, inventory and cash control, analyzes daily sales and expenses, and budgets/forecasts P&L. Leads staff, ensures compliance with company standards, professional relationships with suppliers, and effective communication with team; prepares performance feedback and trains staff on safety and customer service. Occasional outdoor work and indoor operations, with focus on maintaining a clean, stocked, and properly displayed store.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in retail sales preferred
- Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR and ASM job descriptions
- Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices
- Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and corporate meetings
- Ability to communicate in English (oral and written)
